Over the course of her life, bakery owner and pastry chef, Natalia, has been surrounded by the love of family. Growing up, her most influential mentors were great-grandmothers Rose and Lolly. From Italy to New Jersey and back to California, Natalia has gone on to study traditional recipes and classic techniques, while keeping family and food close to heart.
The Recipe
Baking is like raising a family: patience, love, and dedication are all values needed to be successful in both. Just as each oven develops its contents differently, each family’s unique experiences determines the outcome of its lineage.
The real journey, however, began in 1999, when this little girl decided her dream was to open a bakery. Christened “Lolly Rose Bakery” in 2016, we’re excited to finally share our love of family and food with the world…because the only thing more delicious than a grandmother’s baking is the baking of two grandmothers!

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
All goods are baked to order, so please allow 48 hours before pickup/delivery/shipping. If you have questions about timing or large orders, don’t hesitate to call or email.
Complimentary Delivery is available for Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. Deliveries may be scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays between 5:00PM- 7:00PM or Saturdays between 10:00AM-1:00PM. Delivery dates can be selected during checkout of the online order.
Pickup is available between Mondays-Fridays from 9:00AM-4:00PM. Pickup is at our Costa Mesa location and is for pre-orders only!
Select items (cookies, cakes, and some tarts) can be shipped. Shipping cost will be added during checkout of the online order.
